Horrible customer service!!!!

What a frustrating experience I am having this past week... I am told that I can only get my tax number if I take my ID to a SARS branch or If I send SOMEONE ELSE to Sars with my ID to get it...... They cant give it to me over the phone... Yet they will give it to a stranger who has my ID... Please frikkin wake the hell up!!! Oh and don't get me started on the customer service.... Absolutely ridiculous...
