HORRIBLE SARS!!!!!!! Firstly I waited in line only to be told I had to book an appointment. There was a long ass line at your horizon view branch so that tells me not many people are aware one has to book an appointment which made me question your marketing. Then I book my appointment and I am told that I will receive my appointment date in working three days! Its been over 7 working days! Your consultants are LAZY!!! and its PATHETIC that one has to wait this long. I don't know why we can't just social distance and then you help more people safely!
