hijacked profile still not completely resolved now you are refusing to pay me back my money

Firstly sars committed ***** using my account since 2021 I have been fighting to clear my name todate the query has not resolve now they are refusing to pay me back my money telling me about their stupid procedures, after so many phone calls, emails back and forth, I sat at sars Randburg offices since 6am this 6pm running around like headless chicken to police stations to open dockets for something done by sars employees again now I am hugely inconvenienced, you can not call them you will hold forever till the call drops, their call center agents are the worst they don't know what they are doing all they say is we have escalated escalated without resolution, I have multiple case number that don't mean anything, they don't have a proper communications channels their managers are just as useless Mlungisi was arrogant and expected me to understand their incompetence very inconsiderate
