I called regarding e-filing and specifically to change my banking details . A consultant by the name of Nkosazana Mchelisa wasn't of help at all , she undermined , disrespected and was very rude to me . I want her to be dealt with heavily , a person like her doesn't have to deal with customers - she is better at home .
