Help

I have been informed by SARS that I /my wife has an Admin Penalty It will recur every month until I submit the forms. When I try to get info from e-filing SARS does not recognise her Tax No or ID Some years ago I was informed by SARS that we need not submit forms again. When I phone SARS they straight away ask if it is in connection with Admin Penalty if so Press 8 This seems to me if it is a new way to make Money' I have been trying to phone a number of times (464 in the que ) Before it gets to me I get cut off.

Any Suggestions ?
