Heartache

<p>I went to the SARS Polokwane branch on Friday October 7th 2016 and I wish someone had warned me not to!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was "assisted" by a consultant by the name of Samuel Makgoga(sp) who it seems to me, went out of his way to be rude & generally of no help at all. Rather than advising me on where to obtain a proof of residence that SARS deemed "suitablr", he sent me on my not so merry way to my University AGAIN and after hours at the queue, I was told ny POR could not be accepted. I fail to understand why the service (or lack therefore) at SARS Polokwane must always be such a headache and still yield no help!</p>
