Great Services but no improvement observed from staff

I earlier today submitted my ITR and I would like to congratulate SARS East London(Chiselhurst) for their improvement in service rendering, It was great to see a different system of handling their big ques and I was really amazed that after all the hardship we went through the previous years, there is a better way like today. I didn't spent much time to observe any changes from the staff member but I can assure you from the entrance its was excellent. Though I always experienced problems on the tills, I couldn't have that much time with the, thanks to the Management.
