Great Service! Great Attitude!

I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from Zanele at SARS this afternoon. I was running late and got there at 4pm, closing time. However, this lovely lady greeted me with a smile and was determined to assist me although her system had shut down and she had to wait to reboot it. I was there as power of attorney for a friend who had relocated to the States. Zanele was so professional and patient, assisted with documents, questions and sorted out all outstanding problems with utmost professionalism and for this I commend her.<br> <br> I wish there were more people out there like Zanele at government offices that care about clients and promote effective service delivery. She definitely made my day!!! Thanks again, Zanele, you're the best. Keep it up!
