GREAT SERVICE AND KINDNESS AT SARS

Thank you for your kind assistance yesterday - I went into SARS to confirm my banking details - the Lady at counter 13 was very friendly even though she had a bit of trouble with the system's speed. She took extra care to ensure that my documents were processed - even after I left.
