I just wanted to compliment the lovely lady Charmain who was my consultant on a General Query at SARS yesterday 19 August, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with regardless of the headache I have with the SARS reassessment. <br> <br> After her assistance, I was able to be assisted by Lwazi the acting Branch Manager, who within 10 minutes was able to track a payment made on my Tax number.
