Great innovation at SARS (eFiling)

I would like to commend SARS about the great customer experience they bring to me via eFiling. I have been submitting my returns via eFiling for more than 10 years now. I have had no reason to go to a SARS branch to do anything except if there are bank details changes. Recently they introduced new features that are very pro-active and intuitive to the client like asking if I need help if I stay for long time in a page. These features have brought so much convenience. I also like the latest features on the new version of eFiling whereby I can have a single logon for multiple SARS profiles. This enables me to get everything that I need for my different profiles without logging out. Please keep the innovation coming.
