Great experience & excellent customer service

My name is Busisiwe, I went to SARS in Dube Soweto yesterday to get my tax number. I had the best experience. the consultant was efficient I spent 10 mins max, he downloaded the app for me and assisted me with the website, he even went as far is teaching and explaining everything regarding their self service. It was refreshing to go government facility and come out smiling. Thank you.
