Government officials failing at doing what is due to them.

I have been continuously getting terrifying service from SARS based in JHB CBD Albert street. Those officials really dont value there job and the rights of the South Africans, I understand we under lockdown were we need to practice social distancing but they just over doing it. I was at SARS on the 6th of August from 5.30 am i was sent back for a missing document without being explained to what is it that im missing. Kept saying refer to sms till my thick headed scalp understood.

Again on the 7th of August i was sent back home for having the wrong document(IRP5), after repeatedly asking them what is it that they need from me.

I was back again on the 12 th of August, had to join the queue from the tail of there premises waiting for a good 4 hours outside. They ALL take two hour lunchs from 12 till 2pm which i find very ridiculous and unprofessional.

At 3pm they start to cut queues and request for people to book appointments. They rude and ********. I feel this matter must be looked at and over viewed. They have this perception of them being government officials and getting to do as they please. This must come to an end, do what is requested of you and earn your hard worked salary . VERY ANNOYED AND MAD.
