<p>How is it possible for SARS to take almost a year to review a basic submission? They send occasional emails informing that they have issued communication but only to discover they ask repeatedly for uploads of the same documents over and over. Why is this allowed? Try and be late in submitting your returns and the penalties are built in automatically. But they hold the power over us by making their own rules we are forced to follow!</p> <p> </p> <p>This interminable lodging of disputes on reviews is a dance I've been doing since July of last year. No apology. No reason for the lack of progress or efficiency because they are so afraid they would have to PAY OUT ANY MONEY God forbid!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick of this intentional manipulation. </p>
