Good friendly assistance

I am trying to resolve a long outstanding issue, firstly through the call centre and afterwards at the Pretoria CBD branch. The staff were very helpful and professional. I must go back after the 1st of September since they were not able to assist with filing at the brsnch before then - however, I believe based on the service received so far that it would be successfull.
