Give my refund sars

I filled my returns on the 1st at 1am am not selected for audit too and ive been waiting for my refund till this day this morning I call the call centre I was on the Q from 9am when I was caller 58 they cut my call it's so irritating that every time we need to get out refund we need to struggle
