GETTING NOWHERE

<p>I have no other alternative but to write my review on Hellopeter. With numerous attemps and case numbers received, its ridiculas. On the 12th July 2016 i submitted my IRP on efiling and i was told a month later when following up that i needed to take my 3 month bank statement, copy of certified id doc and proof of residence to the nearest sars office. I am based in King Williams Town and the nearest office is in East London. So i had to take off from work to go to the SARS office with all docs and received an acknowledgement of service ticket with a case no, 212T69816. I am really dispondent and frustrated now because every second day i am on the line with the call centre and i am being told different stories all the time. I was requested to take the documents in again evenafter i submitted it and than again when i called numerously i was told all docs are received i dont need to bring it in again. I feel like i am being pushed around. I cant always take off from work to go about with these docs. I earnestly seek some help please.</p>
