Get Qualified people to work by sars

I dit made a payment to sars because i owe them ,@so the amount i paid them is not reflecting to their side and the full amount isn't made right I send them all the proof of payments but they keep sending me this Bul**** email and chit What Qualifications does sars people have ???? I waited 16 days for them to fix it On the end of the day they are gone put extra cost and fees and ******* on my report and amount that i have to pay .but they don't know how to work with a computer U are messed up sars
