Fustrated widow with returns

I am very disappointed how sars is handling their cases. I don't understand what criteria they are using when employing ppl. My calculations when incorrect as the lady I was dealing with was busy on how I lost my husband and I should be grateful about my pay out because of that she was out by more than 20K on her calculations. My accountant cannot dispute as I am still under audit that does not have turnaround time. I have submitted my late husband’s tax July this year and that took 2 days on its own. I was then asked to verify my banking details had to deal with an *********** employee again. Not only I was over taxed but they are taking their own sweet time to refund me.
