Furious and very frustrated with Sars!!!

On the 24th of February 2022 I was told to submit my supporting documents. I then received notification that I am going through a audit process for 2014 and 2016. After spending hours on the telephone almost everyday for hours for weeks i was told that they need to verify my banking details which i then booked an appointment to upload banking details and verify them. I was told that my audit does not have a turn around time it can be finalized at any time. Today after 3 weeks i speak to a agent who then notify me that i need to submit a correction on my efiling for the year 2016 for my medical aid deductions because the amount does not correspond to the amount on my IRP5. I am furious and very frustrated because after i spoke to so many people with so many case numbers that was given to me everyday this agent tells me that this process will now take another 21days. How can none of the agents not have picked up the mistake????? How long do you have to wait on a refund to be paid to you. I have been struggling with sars since January already. I am not happy at all.
