FURIIOUS AND DISAPOINTED IN SARS POOR SERVICE!

On the 28th Jan 2022 I submitted my documents and was advised that I will be audited and it wil take about 21 working days. Up until today I have not received any feedback, I've requested a callback of which I was called and the guy I spoke to advised due to covid it might take a little longer of which I understood, however I've also send emails for feedback but no luck. I am furious as this is poor service and it cannot take this long for a audit to be done?
