FUNDS NOT CLEARED

On the 25/03/2015 I spoke to a lady by the name of Dolly who assured me my rebate has been cleared into my account which was processed and submitted to me by text message on the 23/03/2015. Up to now nothing has been cleared into my account. Angry and Frustrated
