Frustration with SARS

I have been fighting with SARS since updating my banking details, it is over 2 months now, all i get is emails every week saying the process of verification is still ongoing and they strive to finalize within 10 working days, it is almost 3 months now, what kind of service are we getting, all you get when following up are reference numbers and no one is coming through with outcomes.
