Frustrating Call me Back service

Using the Call me Back facility of SARS is really frustrating. When SARS called me I was asked my full name, ID, tax no, phone number, address and email number. The first three numbers were supp**** when requesting a Call Back. With a Call Back SARS has all my info and it is a waist of time to ask this information again. SARS called me on the number provided, why asking me the number? In the unlikely event that someone else answers my phone, they would not know what the call is about. I do not see any reason for this as it is really promoting unproductively.
