Frustrated with SARS client Service...

I am a financial advisor in the insurance industry for the past 30 years. I work on commission only. The company that I am with deducts monthly taxes from my commission, which I have been trying to claim my expanses that I am entitled to. All my expenses have been submitted to SARS correctly via my accountant. I have been having problems since 2010 to date. I have called several times and received replies that they are escalating my query however, till date I have received no reply. My accountant has submitted all supporting documents and SARS short paid me every year. 2015 tax returns have been submitted and SARS then asked for supporting documents which my accountant has submitted in details. I am really disappointed with the service I have received from SARS. Would you be so kind enough to let me know when my refunds will be paid out to me.<br> <br> Frustrated Client <br> Goolam Essack....
