Frustrated tax payer

My mom is more than 70 years old, she has no issues with paying whatever she owes to SARS but she is not getting help from the call centre agents and Richards bay Sars branch come end of November she will be expected to pay interest in penalties. She is an old lady e-filing is not an option for her, she needs someone to give her a call and follow-up the matter.
