Frustrated citizen

Submitted my 2024 Tax returns, only to find out that my 2011 returns were outstanding, went to the Orlando East branch, where a consultant submitted my returns and it turns out she submitted on the discontinued Tax reference number, visited another branch in PTA to get assistance, i was told the returns will be transferred to my active SARS reference number, I am following up today after not hearing anything from the officials for 3 weeks, now i am told that I have to wait 90 working days for a mistake done by the officials, why are we supposed to be suffering like this for services rendered by our officials?????

This needs to be sorted out..
