Frustrated

May you kindly investigate this matter regarding the company refusing to give my outstanding documents for SARS

I was employed by the company called Kunene Ramapala in March 2019 for the three months as a debt collector the company based in Braamfontein through the agency by the guy called Mark,

In the beginning of June where told that the company will be retrenching people and i was affected, where we informed that we will be getting and leave days for June and also get the notice period payment for two weeks, the agreement contract was signed regarding our payments however we were never paid i had to take them to CCMA regarding the unpaid salaries as per the below from CCMA , they only paid later in July after the case was logged with CCMA.

Last year i was supposed to do my return for 2020, however i was unable to submit the return, i was informed att SARS there is a outstanding document that i need to get from Kunene Ramapala since i was retrenched, i was communication with the HR by the name of Peter Mmatli from July 2021 till October 2021 taking me from pillar to post telling me that they don't have my documents

I then logged the case with SARS Officials with the reference no 48675 on the 12/08/2021 i was informed that this matter will be investigated with the company and i will get feedback till today feedback was not received

Last week I made attempts to get hold of the company regarding the documents because next month it's the tax season, i got hold of the receptionist Mashudu who told me that their boss said I was employed by the agency Mark. I need to find those documents from him.

This will be my second year without submitting tax return as a citizen of South Africa and every month im paying tax, kindly investigate this matter
