From bad to worse

<p>My 2nd 21 day turnaround time has passed and still no progress.</p> <p>Yesterday i have been told by the consultant that there is NO turnaround time for these type of cases.</p> <p>They are investigating now for 2 months,after i have given them the statement from the bank.</p> <p>This officially turned around from terrible service into a circus just like our country.</p> <p>Sorry for the crush words,but also understand my frustration .</p>
