Friendly service. Thank you Caroline PTA!

<p>We had to hand in documentation to verify our identity. And despite the long que, Caroline at counter 9 at the Ashlea Gardens branch in Pretoria, gave me such friendly and excellent service. We had some trouble with our papers, but that wasn't SARS's fault and Caroline helped us reach a convenient way to get it done. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's also worth mentioning that despite the public being very negative about SARS, each of the employees seemed happy and friendly. I even saw someone walk out with a huge smile on her face. I'm sure it was more than just relief haha! Thank you to Caroline and the other staff at SARS </p>
