Friendly, Efficient, Excellent Services Ever!!!

Today i visited SARS East London Branch. I was a bit frustrated with telephone services because i have been booking online appointments and still could not been assisted so i thought let me book F2F Interaction. I have been struggling with E filing for more than a year so i was really frustrated but their staff service starting from the guards by the door to welcoming zone, from welcoming zone to the consultant, from the consultant to kiosk services till i was done was out of this world. It felt like i was dealing with the same person. they are super-efficient, friendly, helpful. The cleanliness of the place and the staff i literally forgot about my frustration the moment i set my foot in your premises. Well, done and keep up the great service you are giving us.
