***** FROM SARS

I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha hereby laying a complained against a ***** by SARS.on the 9th/03/2015 @ about 18h05pm I received a message from SARS stating that I owe the amount of R1311.19 failing to pay could results in legal action. I was so suprised that I did submit my return last year and I received the amount of R0.2 return. I contacted SARS consultant about this and she confirmed that I need to pay that amount. I ask her the reason why should I pay that amount and she confirmed that in 2011 I wrote a letter to SARS for the agreement of R1900 Salary protection. I told her that I only submit IRP5 and Medical certificate from my employer. why since from 2011 SARS Claimed that I owe this amount. another consultant confirmed with me that I owe the amount of R500 after I called again.when I checked through my profile on e-filing it shows that another person did a filing for me. this is a *****. please advice. South Africa is *******ing us who should we trust? I have a lot of creditors to pay.
