I did my 2024 e filing and it was sent for verification I submitted docs more than 21 days ago and a verification/ Audit was not done yet, The documents were submitted and uploaded and completed on the 5th of August 2024, I was promised that an auditor would be able to assist in 21 days and it’s now been more than 40 days and still nothing and no communication was sent This case was escalated three times to *** and they promised this would be finalized and still no response Busisiwe Makhaula ***
