Five stars for Nonhlanhla

I phoned SARS with a query on Monday, 16/01/23 and after several of my attempts to hold ended up in the calls disconnecting, I opted for the call-back option. Nonhlanhla Makgabutlane was the consultant who phoned back. Not only did she provide clarity regarding my initial query, but she took the extra time to flag other issues that needed my attention. She stayed on the phone with me and took me through the various processes step-by-step until everything was up-to-date. Thank you, Nonhlanhla, for your professionalism, effort and patience.
