Absolute appalling. Can not get even get registered on e-filing constant request for documentation , umpteenth phone calls to help desk. They are most certainly the most unhelpful bunch I have ever encountered. If they do not have an answer they simply put the phone down. Proof off address for person residing on a company property??? Letter from company to confirm residence. Not accepted. Person does not have a utility bill!!! He resides on a company premises. SARS TELLS ME, I NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT WILL BE ACCEPTED!! For crying in a bucket if you don't know how am I to know?? Can someone explain how do you proof your address, if there is no utility bill and you reside on company property? CONUNDRUM of note, certainly not the only person in this situation?? Is there perhaps a SARS service for SARS service because the current one can not answer questions!!!!
