FICA EVERY YEAR, REALLY???

<p>Over the last few years Im having to find I have to supply documents every year when SARS owes me money. To FICA one needs all the relevant documentation which is a Certified ID, Letter from your bank, 3 months Bank Statement and Proof of Residence. Today I found out I needed a Medical Certificate to FICA for the 100th time, what is that??? They cant even explain. I've done my taxes this year and my Medical Tax Certificate was checked and verified. I've been to SARS countless times this year and no one can seem to help me, it seems they all dont know the correct protocol of taxes and submission of documents. I've totally had it!!!</p>
