feeling sad

Good day

I have a problem regarding SARS, last year I got message that says I will receive R 11, 000. I diced to got to SARS regarding the massage they told same thing that I will I will receive R 11,000 and then they said I must register with filling and summit my thing. I failed to do that I decide to do appointment so they call me to process my things, My assessment was done then I was told I am owing SARS which I don't understand because I am paying SARS every month. So I never receive any money till today.
