FEDUP WITH SARS

I submitted all documents on the 1st August 2018. It took SARS more than 21 working days to Audit my documents. In this process there has been no communication whatsoever. On working day 22, I call into SARS and the consultant tells me someone from the Auditing department will call me in 48 hours. It has been longer than 48 hours and still no call. I call into SARS (14 September) I get told that there is a refund payable to me and will be done in 2-3 working days. I call SARS on the 18 September (just to follow up as I kept on receiving notices) the consultant today tells me payment will be made in 21 working days. *** - is there a miscommunication is SARS? Where are the management structures? Are these consultants actual professionals? SARS IS THE MOST PATHETIC DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE. And guaranteed nobody from SARS will read this post or even respond with an apology....
