I was working at the MINE , under a Contractor we were offered 5 years to render service. So after the 5 years we were given our papers cause the company was leaving we had to start on another 1. We were deducted for provident fund by Sanlam. Everyone got the cash back almost 170 something. I'm the only 1 left, I contact Sanlam they said my all money was long payed to Sars. I contacted Sars they July they Said I did not Submit the IRP5 if 2022. I contacted the administrator of the previous company they emailed me the documents I forwarded to Sars August. October I received an email stating that I'm (KHANYISILE PROMISE MKHWEBANE) She is the owner of EZUMAKO(Pty)Ltd form CoR 40.4 - of Pending Deregistration (***) has been sent to me I'm not even a lady. Then I thought the reason my things are going slow it's because of this things that has been linked to me. From July till Today its December been making follow-up almost 3 times a MONTH. please assist I'm tired I got many Case numbers. Then they said I should lodge a complaint via app or browser. I tried I failed please now help I don't know what to say . Cause they said I should submit then they process but still nothing 😒 I'm Tired
