FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT

Morning, i recently on the 01/07/15 completed filing for 2015 tax season, an amount of R662.59 was recorded as due to me, i tried several times to get was is the problem in them paying me but all i got were just excuses, others telling me there are no supporting documents others telling me no we dont have your correct banking details and to my surprise i furnish all that on the 01/07/15.
