Extremely Unhappy With the SARS process

<p>2016 Tax Season has been a very bad experience as I was on time when I submitted my returns but till today my refund has not been paid to me. There has been people that were late in submitting their returns however the were paid their refunds on time. I contacted thier call centre more than 5/6 times but my query was never resolved. There was also a consultant by the name of Anda who gave a very bad service as he was back chatting at a customer and didnt see any problem in doing so. I have called, I been at the SARS office to submitt manually but the problem still not resolved. What do I have to do to get this right? I am sick and tired and would like some feedback soon. </p>
