Extremely Rude Behavior

I called SARS after receiving notifications that I have correspondence with them to update my banking details. I submitted the required documents but was unable to upload my documents, I then requested a call back only to speak to the most rudest lady called Penny call Reference *** who refused totally to assist me with regards to the error that kept on popping up and eventually hung up on me. It's sad that the SARS commissioner complaints that returns aren't coming in as expected, when one does make an effort of submitting then receive such appalling behavior from the staff at SARS MY TAX REF NO IS *** Kindly assist with the above request
