Extremely poor service and inaccurate information

Good day

I hereby wish to file a complaint against Sars. I spoke to a Sibusiso a week ago who advice me Alexander Forbes submitted the incorrect tax number which was rectified on SARS side.

Today I receive a message again from SARS advising SARS declined my tax application. How can the tax application be declined if my Tax is up to date. This is completely unacceptable as SARS is using a delayed tactic by not releasing my funds.
