Extremely poor service

Poor Service and disrespect, we raised an objection with SARS in October 2024, with regards to the penalty. They ignored our request , we went to their Randburg office they assisted us in uploading our objection letter. In the absence of a response. We tried calling them during the course of the week , we were number over 1000. Today we decided to call them again , waited for one hour and 45 minutes was number 400 odd and they cut our call . I am a retired person , called on our mobile call
