Extremely hard to submit tax returns

Why does SARS onlly use Acrobat Reader to open their notices and not any other pdf reader? I found it difficult to install Acrobat Reader only to find that one has to pay to use it.

My other grip with SARS is that instead of sending one an email with information one has to log in to eFiling to get the information, a very combersom long winded way op passing on information.
