Extreme Prejudice

When I got the lump sum payment from the GEPF in 2014,SARS deducted R12 790,00 from my pension payout as tax but to my suprise when tried to register or submit online last year July I was told I was owing SARS money that time I was told it was R3800 or so. I disputed that but the person who was helping me over the phone did not tell me the actual procedure. Since it was my 1st time submitting online I asked her if everything was done accordingly and she said yes.<br> Last year alone I have spoken to 4people who all told me to waitfor the response.Then this year seeing that the response is taking longer I went to the Durban office to enquire what was going on that is when I was told that it is because I received a lumpsum but did not pay tax on that. When I questioned how come because SARS deducted the abovementioned amount , that's when I was told I must submit the GEPF RIP5 which I did. Now I am being threatened with court letters just because I am not a prominent somebody.
