Exhausted Tax payer

I tried calling Sars from August byou on an ans machine forever and this is during business hours which interrupted my work. The 8 Sept23 I eventually made an appointment which was set for 18/10/ which more then a month later. Since then different docs were requested which I have handed in. I even signed a warning at mork because I said I'd be in office by 9:30 but only left SARS after 1pm, i forfeited a leave day to sit in SARS on another occasion because i had to run between SARS and Metal Industries because they kept saying document was incorrect and only left towards 4pm. I've been there on a number different occasions and their stories don't match.. I don't know what more they need because I handed supporting docs that were requested. I explained that initially I hadn't done the tax cause I knew that I was not in the income bracket required . The last time I was there in November the lady that assisted me said it looked like all was in order and that the audit was done and II should wait for 21 days. I called over a week ago and was advised that 21days were almost up. Which is today I spoke to someone who seemed unsure of herself and mentioned that there was an audit. I am now disgusted because the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. I tired of using my work time, my own time, I am tired of warming your seats . HELP, HELP have empathy. It's time consuming and financially the petrol to keep coming in. You asked for docs I have provided what more
