EXCEPTIONALLY BRILLIANT SERVICE AT SARS

Had an amazing experience dealing with SARS today and couldn't be more impressed and grateful! Was on their app and needed to ask a question so I opted for 'call me back' assuming that the call back would probably be on Monday. To my surprise my phone rang within minutes and the lady on the other side was exceptional, she knew the answer to my query, was polite and helpful and most of all reassuring. In the world of global pandemics any entity that can reassure its customers has to be commanded for a job very very well done. SARS has always been one of my favorite govt. Depts, but they outdid themselves today. THANK YOU SARS and your employees, couldn't be more grateful for a brilliant service, much appreciated!! grateful,
