Exceptional Service

Hi, i was struggling from last week to change bank details, spoke to two different consultants calls kept on cutting. Today i managed to get through and was assisted by Innocentia Ngwenya. Innocentia was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. She stayed on the line for about 30min assisting me, this lady is a gem and am extremely grateful for help
