Excellent Service Delivery

This positive Review has become overdue.....owing to my Computer going in for repairs: On the 16th October 2025 I visited SARS (Umhlanga Office). It was a most pleasant Service Delivery experience; that too, coming from a State Department in present day South Africa that I have had in a long time. I must commend a Lady by the name of Lavita, and later that same day by a Gentleman named Vimal. Both individuals were extremely courteous and helpful. I am a senior citizen; and, have had my fair share of being given the 'run around' and shoddy treatment most especially at municipal and other government offices. This pleasant experience at SARS Umhlanga has restored my faith in Humanity. Well Done! Keep Up the Good Work Ethics, Ms Lavita and Mr Vimal - You both will make excellent Brand Ambassadors for SARS.
